At The Pahadan’s Farm, every product is handmade in small batches by women from the hills using traditional methods. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a limited and fair return policy.
🌿 1. Nature of Our Products
Our products are traditionally prepared and free from industrial standardization. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, aroma, or taste are natural. These are not defects, but a reflection of the authenticity of small-batch production.

- Taste preferences
- Opened or used products
- Minor natural variations

- Product damaged during delivery
- Wrong item received
- Leaking or severely compromised packaging upon arrival
⏰ 2. Return Request Timeline & Proof
Timeline: You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
Proof Required: To process your request, please share clear photos/videos of the product, the packaging condition, and your order details.

💰 3. Refund or Replacement
After verification, we may offer a replacement product or a full/partial refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.
Note: In most approved cases, you will not be required to return the physical product. Do not dispose of the item until your request is reviewed.
