Growing up, every visit to our village in Himachal came with something special. There was always homemade ghee and pickles prepared lovingly by our Dadi Ji and the Pahadans around them.
For us, these weren’t just products. They were memories. They were purity in its truest form.
People remembered the taste, but not the hands that made it. That is the gap we are here to fill.
