The Pahadan’s Farm is a purpose-driven brand working with women from the hills of Himachal to bring traditionally made, authentic food products like ghee, pickles, and more to your home.

Please Note: This is not mass production. Our products are handcrafted in small batches with care and traditional methods.

🛒 2. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders placed on our website are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
• In rare cases (stock issues, pricing errors, or logistics challenges), orders may be cancelled with a full refund.

💳 3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, and Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

📦 4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
• Delays may occur due to external factors like weather in the hills or logistics issues.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS.

🔄 5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items made in small batches, we follow a limited return policy. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery or you received the wrong item.

Requirements: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We do not accept returns for taste preferences or opened/used products.
