Refund & Return Policy

At The Pahadan's Farm, every jar of Bilona Ghee, sun-cured pickle, and raw honey is handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch.

1. General Return Policy: Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of food products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered, except in cases of transit damage, leakage, or wrong item delivery.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund: You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if: (a) the glass jar arrives broken, damaged, or leaking during courier transit, (b) you receive an incorrect product or missing item, or (c) an item ordered goes out of stock or is charged twice.

3. 48-Hour Reporting Window: To raise a claim, please email pahadansfarm@gmail.com (or message WhatsApp +91 92172 24336) within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos/unboxing video of the damaged item and packaging.

4. Exclusions: Requests raised after 48 hours of marked delivery, subjective taste preferences, improper storage after opening, or minor courier delays caused by weather/regional disruptions are not eligible for return.

5. Refund & Replacement Timeline: Once approved, replacement shipments are dispatched or monetary refunds are initiated back to your original prepaid payment method within 7–10 business days.
