Growing up in Village Drahal in Himachal Pradesh, every return home came with something unmistakable: the aroma of homemade Bilona ghee simmering on a slow firewood hearth and ceramic barnis of Barot Pink Garlic, Himalayan Forest Amla, and Kaccha Mango pickle curing in the courtyard sun, prepared lovingly by our Dadi Ji, Tai Ji, and the Pahadan women around them.
Our mission is simple: “Health is Compulsory, Not a Choice.” While the village women pour their generational skill into crafting pure food without premixes or preservatives, we bridge the gap of internet, procurement, and modern logistics—bringing 100% pure, lab-tested mountain food to Indian homes at a fair, honest price.
Combining generational Himachali culinary wisdom with internet reach and supply-chain care so village women farmers thrive and urban families eat pure.
Custodian of Tradition
Every batch of Bilona Ghee is boiled on slow firewood, set into curd in earthen matkas, and churned with a wooden bilona under Dadi Ji’s supervision—while village women hand-cut and sun-cure Barot Pink Garlic, Himalayan Forest Amla, and Kaccha Mango in small batches.
