What makes your ghee different from others?

Our ghee is slow-crafted using time-honored methods, starting from pure cow milk sourced directly from over 6,000 Pahadan women farmers in Himachal Pradesh. Made in small batches with care, it retains the natural aroma, texture, and nutrition — just like it's been cherished in Himalayan homes for generations.

Is your ghee certified?

Yes, our ghee is FSSAI certified and meets all food safety and hygiene standards. It has been thoroughly tested by FARE Labs Pvt. Ltd., a NABL-accredited, government-authorized third-party laboratory. The results confirm that our ghee is 100% pure, free from vanaspati, edible oils, hormones, and any form of adulteration or unethical practices. It's not just compliant — it’s clean, honest, and proudly so.

Is the ghee suitable for children and elderly?

Yes, our ghee contains no preservatives or harmful additives, making it a safe and wholesome choice for children, adults, and seniors. For specific dietary needs, we recommend consulting your physician.

Does your ghee contain any preservatives or addtives?

Absolutely not. Our ghee contains no preservatives, artificial colors, or synthetic additives of any kind. It’s a 100% natural product, prepared under strict hygienic and safety standards — just pure, honest goodness, the way nature (and our pahadans) intended.

What is the shelf life of your ghee?

Our ghee has a 12-month shelf life — even after opening — when stored in a cool, dry place and handled with a clean, dry spoon. No preservatives added, lab-tested for purity.

What type of cows is the milk sourced from?

We use milk from indigenous Himachali cow breeds known for their naturally nutritious milk. These cows are raised in mountain environments, and their milk forms the foundation of our ghee.

Is your ghee suitable for people with lactose intolerance?

Ghee typically contains very low levels of lactose and casein. Many people with lactose intolerance consume it without issues. However, if you have a dairy allergy or severe sensitivity, please consult your healthcare provider.

Does your ghee comply with food safety regulations in india?

Yes. We strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and ensure that every batch meets legal and quality standards.

How do i place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website. Just visit the Products page, select your product(s), add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The process is quick, simple, and secure.

 
Can i place an order without creating an account?

No, we currently do not support guest checkout. You’ll need to create an account to place an order. This helps ensure a smoother experience — allowing you to track orders, manage your delivery details, and receive order updates.

 
Can i modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request changes or cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at contact@pahadansfarm.com . After this window, your order may already be processed and dispatched.

Can i schedule my delivery for a specific date?

What is your Return policy?

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of ghee, we currently do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, if your order is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to replace it.

What should i do if my order is damaged or wrong?

Please email us at contact@pahadansfarm.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or credit accordingly.

 
Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be shipped

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally

  • Valid damage claim where replacement is not possible

Can i cancel my order after payment?

Yes, cancellation is allowed within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order may be packed or shipped, in which case cancellation is not guaranteed.

 
My refund is delayed. What should i do?
